No SALE items will be refunded but you can replace them within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Shipping Information:  Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), we may have shipping and manufacturing delays. Most orders can be shipped in 5-7 business days, but we ask for your patience during this time as some orders may be shipped in 7-14 business days. After dispatching your order from our warehouse, there may be USPS delays as well. Besides the delays, members are still getting their products and loving the workouts. We Welcome You to the Booty Brigade and appreciate your Support for Local, Small & Women owned businesses during this time.

Under the following circumstances, your warranty will be voided:

  • Please be mindful, Customers are NOT eligible for a refund or return if they already received the replacement Or Tracking status shows delivered status but the customer didn't receive it.

  • We ship Barbell and Dumbbells with multiple tracking numbers. If one of the packages get lost you. please contact our support team. They will provide you tracking number and guide you to file a claim and a missing report. Further steps will be taken once the investigation is completed from the Courier company. If a replacement is already sent to you. Your Refund and return warranty will be voided.

Don't forget to share the claim number and missing report number with our team so they can keep track of your report.


You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours of your purchase. It will incur a $5 merchant processing fee to cancel orders $5-99. Order amounts above $100 will incur a $15 merchant processing fee. No order can be cancelled after 24 hours because your order has been dispatched to make your products. Email for assistance.

The following Shipping and Return policy applies to

  • If a customer is unhappy with the product we offer a no questions asked  hassle free return policy. 
  • We offer 30 days return policy from the date the order sent to you.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost when they return the items. You need to contact our Support team, they will provide you the return address if you're falling in our set criteria.
  • When you return the package, you have to include the return tracking number in email so we can track your returned items.
  • Upon receiving the returned items back to the facility a refund will be issued to the purchaser's payment that was used. Customer will be charged 5% restocking fee as well. 
  • Once the refund has been issued the customer will be notified via email and it can take 4-5 business days for the money to be reflected in your account. This may vary depending on your banking institution


  • If you find tracking status "DELIVERED", "IN-TRANSIT" and "PRE- SHIPMENT" and also, you didn't receive the product. please contact our support team. They will guide you to file a 'Missing Package Report'. After a complete investigation from the Courier company, Further steps will be taken. There is a 24-48 hour wait after it says delivered to still get delivered.
  • After investigation, If the customer is eligible for the replacement then the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and customers are not eligible for the refund and & return. 
  • IF customer's tracking number shows "Delivered Status" but they didn't receive the purchased items. In such a condition, The Customer needs to file the claim/mising report and have to bear the shipping cost for the replacement. Please note, you will not be eligible for the refund.

Stolen Package Steps:

1-  First please have a look around the home, every door, in bushes and even on their neighbors.

2- Contact your Neighbor to see if they have seen your package.

3- Contact your local shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) to see if they know anything about this? Your specific area postman/women is better to ask where they placed it. *** They might have in a Lost & Found.

4- If package is still stolen, file a missing report with shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) - 


  • Finding missing mail
  • Step 3 submit a missing mail request
  • Send the claim # to to get a new package delivered. Customer will need to pay for new shipping fee.

Shipping Charges:

Domestic Orders:  Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax. At the moment we are charging Flat $7.99 shipping (only for bands and Apparel ) within the United States. 


International Orders-  Some products cannot be shipped to international   destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you   would like to discuss international ordering options. There is a region based  charge for shipping outside of the U.S.


You are allowed to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of your purchase. It will incur a $5 processing fee to cancel Bands orders and any other order above than $100 will be incurred $15. No order will be cancelled after 24 hours beacuse your order has been dispatched to the making of your products
